Evidence-based dosage for 20+ supplements — personalised by your weight, age, sex and goal. Free, no sign-up.
All ranges are from peer-reviewed clinical trials, NIH Office of Dietary Supplements guidelines and systematic reviews. Doses are calibrated to age, sex, weight and therapeutic goal.
This calculator provides educational reference ranges only. Always disclose supplement use to your doctor, especially berberine (interacts with metformin) and vitamin K2 (interacts with warfarin).
The same supplement can vary 3-10x in bioavailability by form. Magnesium glycinate absorbs far better than oxide. Methylcobalamin (B12) is more active than cyanocobalamin. We specify the best-absorbed form.
Therapeutic doses (correcting deficiency) are almost always higher than maintenance. A loading phase of 8-12 weeks at therapeutic dose, then reduced maintenance dose, is the standard evidence-based approach.
